Dr. William Trebing( CEO, founder and primary neurofeedback analyst for programs ) is a board certified Chiropractic Physician with a specialty in Chiropractic spinal adjustments, Functional Neurology, Neurofeedback and Radiology. He received his BS in Biology and Education from Adelphi University, and began as a High School Biology and Chemistry teacher in his early 20’s before attending both Medical and Chiropractic schools, graduating from NY Chiropractic College in 1984. He has been in private practice serving the Connecticut community for nearly 40 years with his expertise in natural and holistic healing modalities. He maintains 2 Functional Neurology offices in both Greenwich CT and Mount Pleasant SC.
Dr. Julia Trebing (Tech services and director of associated psychological services ), doctor of psychology, contributes her 30 plus years of private practice, specializing in treating children, teens and families. She received her doctorate of psychology from Newport University, and has worked at Yale University and Silver Hill Hospital. In addition to her private practice, she gives back to the upcoming generation of therapists as a professor of psychological and brain sciences at Fairfield University. We call Dr. Julia our “ace in the hole,” because in addition to providing neurological services she offers our families valuable psychological insight, which contributes to our centers higher than the average statistical success rate. Our patients love her!
Janel Stroud ( Tech services ) is the youngest of 6 children born in Illinois and raised in Louisiana. She lived in Minnesota for 22 years while raising 4 children, and obtained her BS in HealthCare Administration. She is as well a certified Nursing Assistant. Janel is no stranger to the field of functional neurology. She has worked in several Rehab facilities, one such for young adults with brain and spinal cord injuries. Janel has a ton of experience treating patients with holistic therapies and Neurofeedback, working closely with a Chiropractic clinic that specializes in Functional Neurology, which opened a door for her to discovering she had a passion for this branch of health care. She is overjoyed daily to be helping others not just heal their body, but to as well heal their brains and experience the life they were born to have. She has spent the last 20 years learning from one of the pioneers in Neurofeedback. To quote Janel, “I wake up everyday excited to know I have 1 small part in helping others heal in ways they never thought possible.”
Kauanny Zanetti (Tech services) is the oldest of 4 children, born and raised in Port Chester, NY. She went to school in New Jersey and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has been working with Dr. Will for 5 years now since 2019 and has gained so much knowledge being in the NeuroFeedback universe. She has seen some incredible triumphs come out of BrainCore and all the work that the patients put in is admirable. It has been very rewarding for her to see our patients improve with each visit and each of them has their own story of healing. It is truly amazing to be a part of this team that can help so many people in our community. She hopes to continue to help and learn to further expand our practice here in Greenwich CT.
